All content created and shared through this website — including session materials, blog posts, coaching frameworks, programme content, and any associated resources — is either original work authored by Bharat Knowledge Solutions or is used with appropriate permissions.
We take intellectual property rights seriously and maintain strict standards to ensure that no copyrighted content is reproduced, distributed, or presented as a substitute for the original work.
2.2 Transformative & Interpretive Content
The content delivered through our services — including 1-on-1 Personalised Book Insight Sessions, the Golden Habits Programme, coaching materials, blog posts, and associated resources — is transformative in nature. Rather than reproducing source material verbatim, we offer original insights, analytical interpretation, personalised coaching frameworks, and curated perspectives drawn from experience and expertise.

Under Indian copyright law and internationally recognised intellectual property principles, the ideas, themes, and concepts explored in published works are not protected — only the specific expression (the author's exact words) is. 2.3 Not a Replacement for Original Books or Sources
Bharat Knowledge Solutions is a knowledge coaching and facilitation service — not a substitute for purchasing, reading, or engaging with original books or source materials. We strongly encourage all clients and session participants to acquire and read original books from their respective authors and publishers.
Our services are intended to complement your reading journey, deepen your understanding, and help you extract actionable value — not to replace the experience of engaging with original works directly. Purchasing a session with us does not grant access to, or substitute for, any original published work.
2.4 Referral to Original Sources
Where specific books, authors, frameworks, or concepts are referenced during sessions or in our content, clients are encouraged to refer to those original sources for complete and authoritative information. Any references made by Bharat Knowledge Solutions are for educational, coaching, and discussion purposes only.
We do not claim ownership of third-party ideas, theories, or frameworks and always acknowledge original authorship wherever applicable. All book titles, cover artwork, and author names referenced on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers, authors, and rights holders.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bharat Knowledge Solutions, we are committed to delivering genuine value through every service we offer. We want you to feel confident when investing in your learning journey with us. The following refund windows apply to each service category.
Book Insight Sessions
3–7 Days
Full refund, no questions asked, within 3–7 days of purchase.
Long-Term Programmes
7–15 Days
Full refund within 7–15 calendar days of purchase (e.g. Golden Habits).
Consulting & Training
7–15 Days
Full refund within 7–15 days, provided service delivery has not commenced.
3.1 Personalised Book Insight Sessions (1-on-1)
We want every session to feel right for you before we begin. If for any reason the session is not what you expected, you may request a full refund within 3–7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
The refund request must be raised within 3–7 days of the original purchase date and time.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible, regardless of whether the session has taken place.
If the session has already been conducted and you are within the refund window, a refund will still be honoured — we trust you to engage with us in good faith.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3.2 Long-Term Programmes (e.g., Golden Habits Programme)
For all long-term structured programmes offered by Bharat Knowledge Solutions, you may request a full refund within 7–15 calendar days of your purchase date.
Requests made after 15 calendar days will not be eligible, as programme materials, resources, and session slots will have been allocated.
If programme sessions have already commenced, Bharat Knowledge Solutions reserves the right to assess the refund on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund at its discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3.3 Consulting & Corporate Training Services
For standalone consulting engagements and corporate or group training services, a refund may be requested within 7–15 calendar days of the purchase or agreement date, provided that service delivery has not yet commenced.
If consulting or training sessions have already been scheduled and confirmed, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total amount paid may apply to cover planning and preparation costs.
If service delivery has commenced — including any discovery calls, needs assessments, or preparatory sessions — refunds will not be issued. However, Bharat Knowledge Solutions may offer rescheduling or a credit toward future services at its discretion.
For corporate training packages, cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund of that session's fee.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3.4 Rescheduling Policy
For all session types, rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your confirmed session time at no charge. Requests made less than 24 hours before a session may be treated as a cancellation and may not qualify for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
