As Founder & CEO, Ajay works on leadership, communication, mindset, personal effectiveness and business growth. With 11+ years of experience across healthcare, startups and MedTech, including Novartis and Abbott, he brings a strong understanding of corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and IIM Indore, with executive education from IIT Delhi and IIIT Bangalore, Ajay combines continuous learning with practical experience to create systems for transformation.

As a Transformational Coach, he is on a mission to transform 10 million people by 2031 through an approach inspired by ancient Indian knowledge and modern thought, focusing on self-awareness, clarity, discipline, communication, emotional maturity and leadership.

Through the 1% Leadership Club and Business Growth Connect, Ajay has built a growing network of leaders and businesses. He also founded Pipal Talks Book Club, a global community focused on reading, reflection, and knowledge sharing.
